SQUASH TOURNEY ADVANCES

All but Three Matches of Second Round Played Off--Third Already Begun--Interesting Matches Yesterday

The College squash tournament, begun a week ago, has already reached the third round. All but three matches of the second round, which will end tonight, have been played, and the third round will be completed by Thursday evening. The tournament is being run off as quickly as possible so that it may not interfere with the Mid-Year Examinations.

The most interesting match played yesterday was that between C. C. Colt '24 and J. T. Bradlee '22, both members of Team B, which the former won after a close struggle. Malcolm Bradlee '22, captain of Team A and last year's champion, as well as R. E. Smith '22, another member of Team A, had little difficulty in winning their matches. A. L. Smith 3d '25 defeated Belden Wigglesworth '23 in straight games in a well-played match.

The summary of second round matches played over the week-end is as follows: W. P. Dixon '25 defeated A. L. Hobson Jr. '24; Darragh Louderback '24 defeated Harrison Dibblee Jr. '24; C. C. Colt '24 defeated J. T. Bradlee '22; Malcolm Bradlee '22 defeated E. A. Weeks Jr. '22; F. I. Carpenter Jr.'24 defeated E. St.R. Reynal '24; Barry Eldridge '24 defeated R. F. Potter '24, by default; R. E. Smith '22 defeated J. S. Lincoln '24; A. L. Smith 3d '25 defeated Belden Wigglesworth '23.
