THE MASS MEETING

The purpose of the mass meeting at the Union tonight is primarily as follows: an expression of Harvard opinion on the resolution which will be drawn up at the Princeton student conference on the limitation of armaments and which will be transmitted to Washington. If this purpose is to be realized it is imperative that there be not only a large audience but also an intelligent one this evening.

The two representatives chosen for the Princeton conference are not yet committed to any policy and are ready to listen to all suggestions. The prevailing sentiment of the meeting tonight will to a considerable extent determine Harvard's attitude at the conference on Wednesday.
