Working in conjunction with the Athletic Association and the Undergraduate committee for the Reception of Visiting Teams, the Union has adopted a plan a give a substantial welcome to all athletes coming to Cambridge to compete with the Crimson teams. Each team will receive a letter of welcome upon its arrival in Cambridge, which will extend to the hospitality of the University, and particularly of the Union.
All members of visiting teams will be recorded the same privileges at the union as are granted to members. In addition to offering this hospitality, the union will enclose in its letters of welcome cards of admittance to the entertainments, which are being held weekly after the football games.
The operation of this plan is being lone in cooperation with the H.A.A.
