One of the features of this year's Pennsylvania Relay Carnival on May 1 will be the attempt of the combined Oxford and Cambridge relay team to win the two-mile college championship. The British team will meet with strong opposition from teams representing the University, Yale, Princeton, Pennsylvania, and M. I. T.
