Applications for the five scholarships for $750 offered in international law to members of the graduate schools of various universities throughout the country, including Harvard, by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, must be in the hands of the committee at 2 Jackson Place, Washington, D. C., by Thursday, April 15. The five special teaching fellowships in international law are closed to applicants at the same time.
Men who apply must have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, a general knowledge of the elements of international law, and an intimate acquaintance with history.
