ANTICIPATE MANY CHANGES IN 1920 FOOTBALL RULES

Major Moore Represents University at Today's Committee Meeting in New York.

The meeting of the Intercollegiate Football Rules Committee in New York, today, at which Major Fred W. Moore '93, will represent the University, promises to be one of the most eventful held in several years. This season has brought forth more discussion about the players, the game and its regulations, than there has been since the forward pass was introduced.

Mr. Moore is expected to recommend that a change be made in the rule regarding the kicking of a goal after a touchdown. According to this change, which was recommended by the University football committee, the goal after a touchdown will be kicked from scrimmage formation, as a drop-kick or placement kick. Sport writers in New York expect this proposal to be adopted by the intercollegiate committee.
