Colonel Woods' talk tomorrow night at the Union will come from a man who has done things in municipal administration. As Police Commissioner of New York, Colonel Woods showed a fighting efficiency equalled by only one of his predecessors in office--Theodore Roosevelt. Together these two are known as the men who "cleaned up" New York's police system. A Harvard graduate of the class of '92, Col. Woods stands as a shining example of a college man who has dedicated his life to government service. His words should be as inspiring as his deeds.
