On May 19, the annual contest for the Ricardo Prize Scholarship of $350 will be held in the Economics Seminar Room. The prize is awarded to that student who, at the time of the examination, shall write the best essay on a topic in economics and political science.
The contest is open to members of the Senior Class or of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and the successful contestant will be required to devote the major part of his time to studies under the direction of the Department of Economics. Candidates must submit to the chairman of the Department a statement of their previous studies and any written work done by them.
