A competition for the position of assistant manager of this year's Harvard-Yale Regatta Program will begin tomorrow evening at 7 o'clock when members of the Class of 1921 who wish to become candidates are to report at the H. A. A. The competition will last only four weeks and the winner will become manager of next year's Program and will receive a share of its proceeds.
