Randolph Wright Heizer of Constantinople. Turkey, was elected captain of the 1923 Association Football team following the afternoon practice on Soldiers Field yesterday. Heizer prepared at Cambridge Latin School and at Andover, where he played on inter-class soccer teams. He also was a member of the Association team of Robert College Preparatory School, Constantinople.
