The Hasty Pudding Club will stage its first production in the latter part of April. R. C. Rand '19 is writing the book, and F. W. Hatch '19, the music to the new theatricals. This was announced after a recent meeting of the Entertainment Committee of the club.
"Barnum Was Right" will not be given, contrary to previous announcement. It was thought at first that this play, which was about to be produced in 1917 when hostilities commenced could be used, but the plan had to be abandoned, as it was found that the production was somewhat out of date. The Hasty Pudding is the only one of the undergraduate clubs of its type which is producing theatricals this year, both the D. U. and the Pi Eta Clubs having decided not to give their annual performances.
