Lieut. J. E. Mellen will meet the Volunteer platoons and any other members of the regiment who desire extra voluntary drill at the Weld Boathouse on Wednesdays at 7.30 A. M. and on Fridays at 4.45 P. M., until further notice. P. W. LONG, Captain and Adjutant.

1. The following appointments go into effect April 22:
Company D.--Captain, D. C. Seeger, 2nd.; 1st Lieutenant, C. F. Batchelder; 2nd Lieutenant, W. H. Kenyon; 1st Sergeant, R. S. Humphrey; Supply Sergeant, T. G. Holcombe.
2. Company E.--J. B. Read is hereby appointed Supply Sergeant, Company E, replacing Sergeant L. B. Evans.
3. D. C. O'Keefe is hereby appointed headquarter's orderly.
