4. The mark for the half-year in Military Science 1 and Military Science 2 will be made up from (a) the examination; (b) the field work as reported by the battalion commanders; (c) the records of the Disciplinary Officer; (d) the record of work in sections and tests.

6. Private V. E. Hull, having been placed on probation by the Disciplinary Officer, and having been reported by the latter as showing no improvement whatever, was then on January 22, 1918, directed to appear before a Board of Officers detailed to consider his case. He refused to appear before this board. His case was investigated and the board finds that he does not possess the qualities suitable for an officer, and that his retention in the Training Corps is undesirable. He is herewith discharged without honor.
