Reserve Officers' Training Corps

Notice:

The Post Tailor for the Reserve Officers' Training Corps, Howard E. Lamson, will have the distinctive badge prescribed for the R. O. T. C. in stock and has offered to sell these sewed on to blouse and shirt at 65 cents per pair.

The above is approved and it is recommended to all cadets that arrangements be made at an early date to attach this distinctive badge prescribed to shirt and blouse.

Cadets may also wear the cap and collar ornaments. These can be purchased by each individual.   C. CORDIER,   Captain, U. S. Army, Commandant.   May 18, 1917.

1. The following appointments of tactical instructors with relative rank in the Reserve Officers' Training Corps, are made:

To be majors: C. C. Lane, Henry A. Frothingham, W. B. Munro.

To be captain: E. M. Briggs.

To be 1st lieutenants: P. W. Long, B. A. G. Fuller, R. B. Perry, George Blake. They will be obeyed and respected accordingly.

2. The Provisional Battalion will form the 3d battalion of the Training Corps regiment, and the designations of the companies are hereby changed as follows:

1st Provisional Company to Company

I, 2d Provisional Company to Company

K, 3d Provisional Company to Company

L, 4th Provisional Company to Company
