All undergraduates are required to register today between the hours of 9 and 1.30 o'clock in University 18. College exercises will be held as usual today. Every student in the College, who at the end of the spring recess fails to register at the time set for that purpose, may be required to pay to the Bursar a fee of five dollars before being permitted to register. Payment of this fee however does not preclude action by the Administrative Board in the cases of students who register late.
