Reserve Officers' Training Corps

Memorandum:--

1. The hours and places appointed for instruction under arms of the companies of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps are as follows: Machine Gun Company, 7.45-8.45 A. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Upper Massachusetts (Room D); First Battalion: Company A, 1.30-2.30 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gymnasium (Room E); Company B, 2.30-3.30 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gymnasium (Room E); Company C, 3.30-4.30 P. M. Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gym. (Room E); Company D, 4.30-5.30 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gymnasium (Room E). Second Battalion: Company E, 1.30-2.30 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gymnasium (Room F); Company F, 2.30-3.30 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gymnasium (Room F); Company G, 3.30-4.30 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gymnasium (Room F); Company H, 4.30-5.30 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gymnasium (Room F). Third Battalion: Company I, 12 noon-1 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Hemenway Gymnasium (Room E); Company K, 1.30-2.30 P. M., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., Upper Mass., (Room D); Company L, 1.30-5.30 P. M., Mondays--Pierce Hall 7, 7.45-8.45 A. M., Wednesday--Pierce Hall 7; Company M, 1.30-5.30 P. M., Mondays--Baseball Cage, 7.45-8.45 A. M., Wednesdays--Baseball Cage.

In inclement weather this company may drill in the basement of Persis Smith Hall, in the discretion of the battalion commander.

2. Battalion commanders and their adjutants will supervise the instruction of the companies of their respective battalions, and one or the other will be present during the drill period. The regimental adjutant will do the same with respect to the Machine Gun Company. They will not permit any departure from the prescribed schedule of training unless otherwise directed by the Commandant.

3. Cadets will be required to pay the strictest attention to discipline and to the instruction imparted while under arms.

4. Battalion commanders will carry out the instructions of the Commandant with reference to the individual efficiency reports of the cadets in their organizations. C. CORDIES   Captain, U. S. Army, Commandant.
