1. All men belonging to companies of the Second Battalion, who are placed upon the authorized Excused List for the Battalion drills on Tuesday afternoons, must attend, unless specifically excused, similar drills on Friday afternoons, with the First Battalion; and in like manner, members of the companies of the First Battalion, who are unable to attend the afternoon drills on Fridays, will be required, unless specifically excused, to attend the afternoon drills on Tuesday afternoons with the Second Battalion.
