We, the undersigned, believing that class functions are indispensable and dictated by the highest traditions of the University, realizing that the Union is the only available and satisfactory place to hold such functions and that the principle involved in compulsory membership is wholly justifiable, give our unqualified support to the recommendation of the Student Council Committee on the question of compulsory Union membership.
