The Cercle Francais will stage its spring production in the Copley Theatre on May 11, and not on May 8 or 9, as was previously announced. The second play, which will be given at the close of "Sevir," will be a one-act farce, "Edgar et sa Bonne," by Eugene-Martin Labiche. M. Labiche is considered one of the best French comedy playwrights of the 19th century. He was a member of the Academic Francaise. The bulk of the money raised will go to "La Societe des Amis des Soldats Avengles," while a certain amount will be put aside to aid destitute French artists.
