Company G will assemble for drill with arms in Persis Smith Hall at 2 o'clock, under the supervision of Lieutenant Edwards, U.S.A.
Company H will assemble for drill with arms in the Baseball Cage at 7.15 o'clock, under the supervision of the Regimental Commander.
Men must be careful of the rifles issued to them and return these rifles to their properly numbered rack after each drill or other formation.
No rifle will be taken apart by any student without the specific permission of the Regimental Commander or one of the Assistant Instructors.
Two sections of the jointed cleaning rods and two small arm oilers, which are placed in a pocket or well in the butt of the piece are missing; these should be returned to the Armorer without further delay as they must be accounted for on return of ordnance property.
About six weeks ago record card blanks were distributed to the members of the Regiment in order that they might individually fill in such data as was necessary for the completion of their record filed at Regimental Headquarters.
As over one hundred members have failed to forward these record card blanks properly filled in, a further request is made that they do so without delay.
The non-compliance with the above requirements shows a disregard not only for the regulations for the government of the Regiment, but also a misconception of military requirements. C. CORDIER, Captain, U. S. Army, Commanding.
