The Training Camps Association of Philadelphia has offered to pay part or entire expenses at Plattsburg this summer for all Pennsylvania men residing east of the Alleghenies. Blanks which may be filled out by any eligible men are at Regimental Headquarters, and should be filled at once.
Rifles have been assigned to the men in the Companies of the First Battalion. They will also be assigned to the men in the Companies of the Second Battalion within a day or two.
Members of Companies A, B, C, and D should report at Regimental Headquarters without delay, to ascertain the number of their rifle and for their information in connection therewith.
