The invitation committee of the Junior Dance will hold office hours in the Union on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week from 4 to 6 o'clock in order to distribute dance orders and admission tickets to the Union for the night of the Dance. All Juniors who have applied for invitations should call at this time to obtain cards and tickets. No one will be admitted to the Union on the night of the dance without these admission tickets. Each Junior is entitled to one ticket for himself and one apiece for the lady or ladies whom he is taking. As only a limited number have been issued, care should be taken that no tickets are lost. The invitations were mailed to the ladies last week.
The box committee will hold office hours in the Union at the same time next Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Chairmen of the boxes should call at that time in order to make final arrangements for the transportation of furniture and the construction and decoration of their boxes. A charge of $1 will be collected from each box to cover the cost of transporting furniture to and from the Union.
Juniors are requested to attend to these matters on time in order to avoid an eleventh-hour rush and subsequent confusion.
Hasty Pudding Tea Arrangements.
The Hasty Pudding tea to be held on Friday, February 18, the afternoon of the Dance, will start at 3.30 and continue until 6. Boles' orchestra has been secured for the occasion and tickets at $1 each may be obtained from members of the committee or at the door of the Hasty Pudding Club on Friday afternoon.
A regimental form and government book has been prepared and will shortly be issued. All members of the Regiment will be required to wear uniforms when the work is resumed next week. It is desired that members appear in uniform at the address given by General Wood in the Union next Monday. A limited number of men who feel they are financially unable to supply themselves with the uniform, may be supplied with them. Such men should apply at headquarters in Weld
