SCHELLING SOLOIST AT CONCERT

Boston Symphony Gives Third Performance in Sanders Theatre Tonight.

Mr. Ernest Henry Schelling will be the soloist at the third concert of the season by the Boston Symphony Orchestra in Sanders Theatre tonight at 8 o'clock. Mr. Schelling, who is a pianist and composer, has studied under many famous artists, among them Mathias, in Paris; Moszkowski, in Berlin; Hans Huber, in Basel, and Paderewski, in Switzerland. He has appeared in concerts in America since 1905. His best known compositions are "Legende Symphonique," for orchestra; "Fantastic Suite," for piano and orchestra; and many others including series of piano pieces and songs.

The other concerts of the series will be given Thursday evenings, January 11, February 1, February 22, March 22 and April 26. Tickets for each concert are on sale at Kent's Bookstore for one dollar. The program for this evening follows: Symphony in C-minor  Haydn Symphonic Poem, "Wallenstein's Camp"  Smetana Concerto in A-major, No. 2, for pinafore and orchestra  Liszt Overture to "The courier  Berlioz
