WILSON PRINCETON CAPTAIN

Tigers Choose Steady End on This Season's Team as Leader.

PRINCETON, N. J. DEC. 13, 1916.--Marion O. Wilson 1918, of Binghamton, N. Y., was elected captain of the Princeton football team for the season of 1917 at a meeting of the letter men this afternoon. He was regular right end on the Tiger eleven throughout the past season.

Wilson prepared at Exeter and played on his freshman team at Princeton. He was a substitute on the university team during the 1915 season and Coach Rush made him a regular at the beginning of the practice this year. Although not a brilliant player nor one likely to be ranked among the stars, he is reliable and steady, and with another year's experience should develop into a consistently strong end. He is one of the five "P" men who will return to Princeton next fall and is the only Junior who won his letter who was a regular during the past season.

David B. McDougall 1918, of Riverside, Ill., was elected assistant manager of the football team.
