The annual Christmas service in Appleton Chapel this year will be held, according to the precedent established in 1914, on two evenings, December 20 and 21, at 8.15 o'clock. Both services will be conducted by the Reverend Edward Caldwell Moore, Plummer Professor of Christian Morals and Chairman of the Board of Preachers. A program of Christmas music will be given by the choir of Appleton Chapel and the Choral Society of Radcliffe College under the direction of Dr. A. T. Davison '06, organist and choir-master.
Seats in the Chapel will be reserved for members of the University and of Radcliffe. College until five minutes before the service begins. The public will be admitted after that time. On account of the limited seating capacity of the Chapel those who are present on Wednesday evening are asked not to attend the repetition of the service on Thursday evening so as to enable all who wish to attend the service.
A repetition of the Christmas service for children will be given on Thursday, afternoon, December 21, at 4.45 o'clock. An invitation is extended to all children of families connected with the University, who in attending are to be accompanied by an older person.
