NEW HAVEN JOURNALISTS BEATEN

Crimson Continued Long String of Victories After Bloody Battle.

By defeating the Yale News 15 to 8 at Soldiers Field yesterday morning, the CRIMSON Clouters brought to a flushingly brilliant end a season of great eclat. The big red team was up to its usual standard, and with Graves, Stiles and Ingram in their old-time form, there was little hope for the Elis. Nevertheless, the game was pretty close until the CRIMSON'S half of the ninth, when "Frozen" Isham, the blue twirler, lost his coolness. He was replaced by Meek, who, living up to his name, handed the local heroes seven runs.

The game was distinguished by the fact nobody protested anything.
