Freshmen Have Had Good Season.

The Freshman team during the first seven games of the season played very consistent ball, winning six of the seven games and breaking the remarkable string of 39 consecutive victories of the Worcester Academy team by a 2 to 0 victory. Following the Worcester game the team struck a slump and lost its next three games to Exeter, Andover, and Dean Academy respectively. In the game with the Pilgrims on Thursday the Freshmen again regained their stride and batted out a 12 to 10 victory against G. A. Davis 2L. who pitched a no-hit no-run for the Bostn Braves last season.
