Mr. W. Harris Crook 1G., of Manchester, England, will speak on "The War and English Democracy" in Stoughton 15, Friday at 9 o'clock. The meeting, which will immediately follow General Wood's lecture, will be the last held by the International Polity Club this spring. There will be an election of officers and a discussion of plans for next year.
