Professor A. C. Coolidge will deliver the first lecture in his series, "International Relations in Europe since 1870," at the Lowell Institute, Boston, this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. The doors will open at 4 o'clock and tickets may be obtained from the Curator, 491 Bolyston street, Boston. The present series is a repetition of one given last fall.
