The Yale Athletic Association has announced that the gift of F. P. Garvan, a former "Y" track man, has enabled the track association to erect a building solely for indoor track practice. The building, which is now under construction will be 195 feet long, 20 feet wide, and 20 feet high, with a clay floor and plenty of window and skylight space. In addition to the spacious skylights there will be adequate electric illumination for dull days and for work at night. A special mixture of clay and cinders has been found to be the most satisfactory indoor flooring for athletic work.
