The 1919 football team defeated Dean Academy 41 to 7, on Soldiers Field Saturday, Dean was supposed to have a strong team, having held the Second Team to a tie a week ago, and a hard game was expected, but the Freshmen showed that they had improved greatly since they were beaten by Worcester, and they had no difficulty in running up a large score. The team seemed to have a lot of power and snap and worked together well, the interference in particular being especially strong.
