One effect of the exodus from Cambridge, which is now occurring, is the mingling of undergraduates with subfreshmen as prospective students in their home towns. The undergraduates can, of course be of great service to these men as well as to the University. By informing himself about Freshman courses, and especially about the new dormitory system, he can enable himself to give valuable information to many men who will be interested. The publication office has plenty of literature of interest to prospective students and is always glad to give it to men who may put it in the hands of such students. But of more importance than the literature, are the words of advice and explanation that should accompany it.
