Professor W. R. Spalding '87, of the Music Department, will deliver the last lecture of his series on "The Evolution of the Art of Music" at the Lowell Institute this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. The subject will be "Modern Operatic and Programmistic Tendencies." The lecture will be open to the public.
