To the Editors of the CRIMSON:
There seems to have been some misunderstanding about my attitude towards the proposed gymnasium. To the students who came to see me on Monday, I said the same thing that I have always said to every advocate of the plan who has spoken to me,--that the University would be very glad to have a new gymnasium whenever it is given, although I do not see where the large sums needed are to be found.
