The Harvard Chapter of the Phi Delta Kappa will hold a conference on "The Problem of the immigrant Child in City School Systems" in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock. The meeting will be open to the public.
The speaker will be Dr. F. E. Spaulding, a member of the Massachusetts Commission on Immigration, and Superindent of Schools in Newton.
