Dickens' Christmas Carol is to be read in Copley Hall, Boston on Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Professor I. L. Winter '86, the reading being in aid of the needy unemployed in Boston and Cambridge. Mrs. Eliot and Mrs. Lowell are among the patronesses.
The tickets are $1.50 and $1, but may be obtained at half price at Phillips Brooks House today and tomorrow by all students of the University.
