Mr. Paul Joseph Sachs '00, who has just been appointed by the Corporation of the University to the position of assistant director of the Fogg Art Museum, will take charge of a part of the administration work of the Museum after September 1, 1915.
Mr. Sachs has been associated with the firm of Goldman, Sachs and Company in New York since his graduation, and since January, 1904, has been an active member of the firm. He has been on the visiting committee of the Fogg Art Museum and the Department of Fine Arts since 1910, and has been chairman of this committee since 1913. He is now resigning from active business, with the idea of devoting himself to the study of art.
