FIRST INTERCOLLEGIATE GAME

SOCCER TEAM PLAYS PRINCETON ON SOLDIERS FIELD AT 4 O'CLOCK.

The University association football team plays the first game on its inter-collegiate championship schedule with Princeton on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock.

So far, the University team has played two games, winning from the General Electric team of Lynn by the score of 2 to 0, and from Springfield Y. M. C. A. College, 4 to 3. The squad, starting the season with a nucleus of only 5 veterans, has developed into a fast, well-balanced team, and the game this afternoon will bring out its strong and weak points as it has a team reportedly very versatile to play against.

The Princeton team has played only one game this fall, winning from Cornell last Friday, by the score of 2 to 1, but as the game was played on a very muddy, heavy field, very little idea of the real strength of the team can be deduced from the score.

The line-up of both teams follows: HARVARD.  PRINCETON. Nichols, g.  g., Jackson Grinnell, r.f.  l.f., Cator J. Jennings, l.f.  r.f., Moore D. F. Fenn, r.h.b.  l.h.b., Harris O'Neill, c.h.b.  c.h.b., Hoskins Moffatt, l.h.b.  r.h.b., Faber Ricketson, r.o.f.  l.o.f., Ross J. C. Jennings (captain), r.l.f.  l.i.f., Gates (captain) Baker, c.f.  c.f., Stewart Blackmur, l.i.f.  r.i.f., Boyle Weld, l.o.f.  r.o.f., Fowler
