Dr. Arthur L. Washburn, Harvard Medical School, 1914, has resigned his position as Charles Follen Folsom Teaching Fellow in Preventive Medicine and Hygiene to accept the appointment of Health Officer and Bacteriologist of Oskaloosa, Iowa.
