The following report of the financial status of the class of 1917 for the year 1913-14 has been submitted by W. Willcox, Jr., '17, secretary-treasurer.

The canvass last year brought to the Class Fund a large revenue with which to begin active work. On account of this revenue, it was determined by the class officers in executive meeting to give from $150 to $200 to the Dinner Committee in order that the price of tickets for the dinner might in some cases be reduced without financial embarrassment to that committee. This step was taken in an effort to gather as large a percentage of the class as possible at the annual dinner, and the success of the occasion more than justified it.

The cost of the dinner was $550.00 while the Dinner Committee took in $456.60, leaving a deficit of $93.40, which the finances of the class easily bore.

Finally, the Freshman Red Book Committee handed over to the class the sum of $665.00 over and above all expenses. The itemized report follows: CREDITS TO DATE.
