An informal gathering of members of the University likely to attend the Northfield Conference, June 20 to 29, will be held at 7 Holyoke Place this, evening at 7.30 o'clock, when definite plans for the conference will be explained. About 70 men are now on the list of those expecting to go.

The Conference begins the day after the crew races at New London and finishes in ample time for men to keep their July first appointments. A. Beane '11 plans to come up after the races with several men from Red Top, while the main delegation leaves Boston Friday noon, June 20th. Some men are able to stay only part of the time, but the majority stay through the ten days. More than 100 men in the University have attended the Conferences at some time in the past and attest to their being "worth while". A committee of twelve is in charge of the delegation, and these men will be ready with information concerning expenses and other details.

The Annual College Men's Conferences at Northfield have grown steadily in popularity since they began twenty years ago, and last summer over 600 men from New England colleges gathered in the Berkshires for the ten days of intercollegiate fellowship, listening to practical religious talks by leading men of the day, and engaging in well-contested athletic sports.
