If the Winter Carnival is to continue as an annual event much more interest must be shown than has been the case this year. This afternoon is the last opportunity for those desiring time trials, and unless the success of the Carnival is assured by a good number of contestants it will not be continued as an annual event.
The entries will close this afternoon at 6 o'clock. All men will be obliged to have strength tests before they will be allowed to compete in any of the events.
