The large semicircular lecture theatre of the Fogg Art Museum is being changed into a smaller lecture room, sufficient in size for the classes that meet here; and the extra space around this room will be used as a gallery for the exhibition of casts, which will be moved in from the main hall. This will relieve the crowded appearance of the entrance hall, where it will now be possible to exhibit the Meleager and other original Greek marbles together and to better advantage.
The work is well under way, and it is expected that it will be finished early in the autumn.
