The second regular meeting of the entire Student Council will be held in the Committee Room of the Union next Wednesday evening at 7 o'clock.

Since the last meeting of the Council in October, the Executive Committee has held five meetings, and a full report of its work will be submitted on Wednesday. In addition to the Executive Committee's report, there are also reports from the various other sub-committees which will be presented. A new member of the Executive Committee must also be chosen to fill the place of L. D. Smith '12, resigned.

It is essential that every member be present at this meeting, as there are several very radical and important changes proposed which demand the most careful consideration of all. Members are incidentally reminded of the regular fine of fifty cents, for unexcused absence.
