The second handicap pole-vault competition will be held in the Cage at Soldiers Field this afternoon. This competition, which will be open to all members of the University and Freshman squads, will mark the renewal of fall track work after a period of two weeks intermission. The board track is now practically completed and work for the distance men will begin early in the week.
