The largest Harvard dinner ever held in Boston will be given by the Harvard Club of Boston at the Copley-Plaza Hotel this evening at 7 o'clock, in honor of this year's champion football team. Great enthusiasm has been shown by the graduates for this opportunity to manifest their keen interest in undergraduate activities. About 600 graduates have signified their intention to be present, including practically the whole football team of 1890, which defeated Yale 12 to 6 and won the intercollegiate championship. Every man on the University football squad and the Freshman team has been asked to attend. Major H. L. Higginson '55 will preside and Dean Briggs will be the toastmaster. President Lowell, A. J. Cumnock '91, captain of the 1890 football team; Coach P. D. Haughton '99, and Captain P. L. Wendell '13 will be the speakers.
