The Freshman football squad had a long and staff scrimmage yesterday in preparation for the difficult Worcester game at the end of the week, team A defeating team B by the score of 32 to 3. The first team played together well, making its four touchdowns, as a result of line plunging and several successful forward passes. Mahan scored two goals on drop-kicks for team A, while the seconds gained their score by a field goal from a very difficult angle.
The line-up of Team A was as follows: l.e., Lyman; l.t., Morgan; l.g., Armory; c., Soncy; r.g., Stranss, Cowen; r.t., Gilmanl; r.e., Rollins; q.b., Cartmell; r.h.b., Mahan; l.h.b., Whitney; f.b., Miller.
