Comparative Scores This Season.
A comparison of the Harvard and Dartmouth scores of this year shows that both teams have had their goal-lines crossed and that Dartmouth has scored by far the larger number of points. As in the case of Princeton, who had scored just twice as many points as the University, they have played some weak teams early in the season.
Both teams have played Williams and Princeton, the scores of the first game 26 to 3 and 21 to 0 being so close that no inferences can be drawn, while the Princeton scores would indicate that the University has the stronger team. The records of the season follow:
HARVARD.
September 28.--Harvard, 7; Maine, 0.
October 5.--Harvard, 19; Holy Cross, 0.
October 12.--Harvard, 26; Williams, 3.

October 26.--Harvard, 30; Brown, 10.
