The Boston Symphony Orchestra will give the second of a series of eight concerts in Sanders Theatre this evening at 8 o'clock. Miss Florence Hinkle, soprano, will be the soloist. The program is as follows:
Sgambati.--Symphony in D major, No. 1, op. 16.
Charpentier.--Air, "Depuis le jour", from the opera, "Louise."
Wagner.--"Siegfried Idyl."
Bizet.--Micaela's air from "Carmen."
Weber.--Overture, "Euryanthe."
Six more concerts will be given by the Orchestra on the following dates: December 12, January 16, February 6, February 27, March 27, April 24.
