Subject for Baldwin Prize

The subject for the Baldwin prize in municipal government this year has been announced as "The Best Sources of City Revenue." This prize of $100 was established six years ago by the National Municipal League in honor of William Henry Baldwin, Jr., '85.

It is open to competition from the undergraduates of any American University, but, except for the first year when it went to Yale, it has been non continuously by Harvard men. A. D. Brigham '11 received the award last year with an essay upon "The Merit System in Municipal Affairs."

Manuscripts are due on March 15, 1913. Further information may be obtained from Professor W. B. Munro, or at the Wadsworth House library.
